The
skills associated with the design and planning of a commercial office
interior are often underestimated. Our planning and design process comprises
a maximum of eight fundamental steps. most important of which is an understanding
of our client company's business, perceived image and an insight into
future business development.
Our Environmental design group undertake feasibility studies and surveys
and analyse a range of issues including workpractices, workflow and the
inter-relationships between groups and individuals. Filing and equipment
audits are also carried out whilst concurrent structural surveys are undertaken
so that accurate building profiles can be developed.
Using the most advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology, preliminary
schemes are submitted. Once accepted, detailed layouts are prepared to
help unify building profiles and services with partitions, storage and
furniture.
Where replacement furniture is required, we provide initial generic layouts
and once the design is agreed we will propose a specific range to suit
your criteria. The continued management of the facility is aided by our
standards programme that ensures responses to change are coordinated.
The result is an environment that is functional, cost effective and responsive
to future change whilst aesthetically appealing. |
